Taught by Moshe Katz, this course will show you how to turn inspiration into innovation, from designing custom 3D molds to using color, texture, and composition to shape unforgettable experiences. Whether you’re an aspiring pastry artist or an established chef looking for a new way to create, this course will challenge you to see pastry differently, think bigger & create without limits.
