About Jules
I work in corporate risk management, insurance, risk financing, private equity, and M&A across large international companies. My experience includes over 100 acquisitions, as well as working on complex transactions, insurance structures, and strategic decisions alongside senior leadership teams and C-suite executives.
Corporate risk management spans all aspects of the business, and my work covers risk analysis, negotiation, enterprise-wide stakeholder management, and risk solutions at scale, including major commercial insurance placements and captive insurance programs.
I focus on how business really works in practice—how decisions are made in large organizations, how deals are structured, and how risk and strategy come together at scale.
I also enjoy helping students and young professionals translate this real-world experience into practical understanding they can use in their studies, careers, and interviews.

I focus on making business concepts practical and easy to apply in real-world situations, not just teaching theory from textbooks. My experience comes from working in corporate risk management, global insurance programs, captive risk financing, private equity, and M&A across large international companies, so I bring real examples and practical business thinking into every lesson.
Each lesson is tailored to the student’s goals and level, whether that is support with college or university coursework, improving negotiation skills, preparing for interviews, strengthening understanding of international business, corporate risk and insurance structuring (including major commercial insurance placements and captive insurance programs), managing relationships with C-suite executives, or building confidence in professional environments.
A typical lesson usually includes:

My approach is grounded in direct professional experience. I’ve worked on more than 100 acquisitions across multiple sectors and have experience with the kinds of negotiations, private equity transactions, insurance programs, enterprise-wide stakeholder management, and strategic decisions that take place inside large global companies generating over $65B in annual revenue.
