I am a former gymnast who is ready to inspire and work with the next generation in a positive way to improve the culture of gymnastics. Focusing on small wins and effort and providing constructive and positive feedback. Gymnastics has the opportunity to be such a beneficial sport for children when taught correctly with a kind approach
