I’m Andres Castano, a fitness professional with over 10 years of experience, specializing in wellness, bodybuilding, strength and conditioning and mind wave healing. I’ve had the privilege of managing elite fitness facilities. My passion lies in helping people reach their fullest potential by blending traditional fitness techniques with cutting-edge health practices.
As the founder of iOnFIT Miami, my mission is to guide athletes and fitness enthusiasts to not only achieve their physical goals but also to build resilience, mental strength, and long-lasting passion for health.
