About Emma-Jayne
My path into this work began with my own healing journey. Through navigating emotional challenges and deep inner work, I developed a genuine passion for understanding the mind, relationships, and the ways we heal and grow.
This led me to study for a Master’s degree in Psychology, alongside diplomas in counselling, so I could support others with both lived experience and solid psychological grounding. My approach is shaped not only by academic learning, but by what it truly means to sit with emotions, uncertainty, and personal transformation.
Outside of my professional work, I deeply value breathwork and meditation as practices for self-regulation, presence, and inner connection.

I offer emotional and relationship coaching for women and sensitive individuals who want deeper self-understanding, healthier relationships, and more emotional clarity.
My work is grounded in a strong academic and professional foundation. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and diplomas in counselling, which inform a thoughtful, compassionate, and ethically grounded coaching approach. While I do not offer therapy, my background allows me to support clients with depth, sensitivity, and insight.
In our sessions, we explore emotional patterns, relationship dynamics, boundaries, self-worth, and inner healing in a safe, non-judgemental space. I work especially well with people who feel deeply, think deeply, or have struggled to feel fully understood in traditional coaching settings.
My style is warm, intuitive, and reflective, combining psychological understanding and emotional support. Sessions are tailored to your unique experiences and goals, helping you build stronger relationships — with yourself and then with others.
