About Maria
I'm from Colombia, and I love to teach my language and culture to every person who wants to learn about and also learn something new every day while teaching someone else to improve their skills in the Spanish language. I started teaching my language to kids but I'm open to teaching to all ages and levels, I like to make my lessons fun and easy to learn for others.

Hi there! I'm Maria, from Colombia. I have two years living in the USA and practicing my English skills while I teach my language to kids ages between 1-6 years old and sometimes to other ages too. I like to teach while the person talks about what makes up the day, or tells me about a topic that you like. I always like to start with the basics but also depends on your level. I will always want to help to improve your skills, my lessons are for all ages doesn't-matter your level in the language we will learn together.

I have known Maria for almost 3 years, and her kindness, hard work and heart are impressive! Maria did an incredible job with my daughter. She improved her reading comprehension and it is easier for her to work on her Spanish homework. We still keep talking when my daughter needs help and my daughter loves to see her.
Maria is teaching Spanish to my 6 years old daughter. My daughter loves her classes and she had learned a lot with her since last fall! The activities were super fun and interesting for my kid and we will definitely continue working with her until my daughter get ready to transfer to an only Spanish school. I really recommend her!
