About Stefano

Hi! My name is Stefano, I’m Italian, and I’m a Private Swimming Teacher, Advanced Aquaphobia Coach and a Personal Trainer. My goal and main commitment is helping people of all ages to lead a healthier and happier life by being active, having a balanced diet and feeling comfortable with their own body and mind. I actively achieve this by incorporating specific aims and providing a unique coaching exercise framework on dry land and in the water. I have a background as a water polo player, which I played for almost my entire life. In water polo, to be able to perform efficiently at the highest level, there is a strong focus on workout sessions on dry land and in the water in the form of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), total body circuit training, body composition, core stability and strength, principles of Pilates, cardiovascular and muscular endurance. These are also all extremely important for our body to function efficiently when performing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), to prevent/control the development of Lower Back Pain and manage our body weight. Having played such a high intensity sport for such a long time made me realise how important it is to challenge our body in many different disciplines and environments, to achieve maximal functionality for our body. My qualifications include: - Personal Trainer - Swimming Teacher - Advanced Aquaphobia Coach (for those who want to improve their level of confidence and safety in the water) - Pilates Teacher

About the lesson

My main commitment is to take care of your physical and mental wellbeing. I aim at giving you the tools so that you can lead a healthier and happier life staying active, and achieving your goals throughout exercise and physical activity, on dry and in the water. You don’t necessarily need access to a gym, machines or weights to exercise with me. I deliver bespoke one-to-one sessions for adults. I tailor my programmes based on my client’s wants, needs, abilities and aspirations. I offer a variety of services, including: - Tailored PT sessions - Addressing muscular imbalances - Providing Health and Fitness Assessments - Pilates principles techniques - Bodyweight programmes (no need of gym, machines, equipment) - Specific Periodisation Programmes (weight management, flexibility, endurance, strength, power, hypertrophy) - Lower Back Pain - Stay Active and Fit for Life - Exercise in the water / swimming Sessions are 60 minutes. I will travel at your location (London Zones 1 - 3), in the comfort of your home, office, or even your favourite park, without the commute; or you can meet me at my venue.
