Dance is the most beautiful and lifted form of self-expression. Dance has the ability to relieve relax and restore. I connect with my inner self, my mind and body ,flowing gently with beautiful music. Dance connects me with my body and my inner soul .
I have an experience of 11 years in Bollywood dance .I am a trained dancer from SAROJ KHAN DANCE ACADEMY. I am a trained Zumba Instructor and Certified Dietician and Nutritionist .
Today there is dancing at most wedding in the sangeet function, beautifully choreographed and put together with love and affection by the family and friends of the bride and groom. This function is overwhelmed by all years to come .
I truly believe dance can bring in a perfect balance in our physical and emotional health. We need to kindle the expression of joy and happiness through carefree and spontaneous dance in our daily life.

Bollywood Dance is a fusion of various dance styles. It includes Bhangra ,Hip Hop, Kathak ,Bharatanatyam etc. It incorporates the basic element of dance and expression. Bollywood dance is energetic and joyful. The music is great, costumes are bright. It includes facial expressions ,cinematic elements and a lot of cardio, it is so mesmerizing and exciting to watch.
