Importance of first line treatment for every home , individual and society of Lagos

I have known otogboro for the past 3 years. She is nice, kind, and a very smart nurse. She is so carful with children. She gives first aid treaments, could treat sick patients etc. I surely do recommend her for this task as it would a great priviledge.
