I always put myself in the place of the learner; knowing that learning requires much sacrifice and effort. I can comfortably and tactically handle Numeracy and Literacy to all level of primaries, English for all Secondaries, Accounting for all Secondaries, Economics for all Secondaries, Commerce for all Secondaries, marketing for all Secondaries and Business Studies for all Secondaries.

Techniques is key to teaching. First i have to know my students. This will help me carry them along based on their individual speed of learning.

I use flipped Classroom; inverting my class. This encourages students to prepare for the lesson before class. Thus, the class becomes a dynamic environment in which students elaborate on what they have already studied. Students prepare a topic at home so that the class the next day can be devoted to answering any questions they have about the topic.

I also use Design Thinking; case Study.This technique is based on solving real-life issues with group analysis and brainstorming.

In my methodology as a teacher, i applied both Teacher-centered Method and Students- Centered Method. this will help everyone to be part of the class.
