About Aditi

Hello! I am currently a student in the Mathematics and Computing department at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, where mathematics is a major part of my academic work. I have always enjoyed solving mathematical problems and understanding the ideas behind them, and that interest is what motivates me to help other students learn the subject.

Although this is my first time offering formal tutoring, I take the responsibility seriously. I believe that mathematics becomes much easier when concepts are explained clearly and patiently, and my aim is to create a learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas.

As a student myself, I understand how confusing some topics can feel at first. Because of that, I try to approach teaching in a friendly and supportive way, focusing on building confidence step by step.

My goal is not only to help students solve problems but also to help them develop a clearer understanding of mathematics so that they can approach new questions with confidence.

About the lesson

This is my first time formally offering tutoring, but I genuinely enjoy mathematics and explaining concepts to others. I am currently a student in the Mathematics and Computing department at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, where strong mathematical thinking and problem solving are a central part of my studies.

My aim as a tutor is to help students understand mathematics clearly rather than memorizing formulas. I focus on explaining the reasoning behind each concept and then working through problems step by step so that students can build confidence in solving questions on their own.

A typical class would involve:

understanding the main idea behind a concept

solving example problems together

guiding the student while they attempt similar questions

Since this is my first tutoring experience, I try to keep the learning environment comfortable and interactive so students feel free to ask questions and learn at their own pace.

These classes are mainly intended for school students who want to strengthen their understanding of mathematics, especially those who want clearer explanations and structured problem solving practice.
