About Michael

Feeling stuck? Maybe your career, relationships, or day-to-day life look fine from the outside, but something doesn’t feel right anymore.

You may know you want something to change, but you’re not sure what that change should be. Or maybe you’ve been thinking about making a change for a long time and just can’t seem to move forward.

That’s where I can help.

I’m Michael, an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and I help people get clear on what they really want, understand what’s holding them back, and take meaningful steps toward a life that feels more aligned.

My approach is simple:

First, we get clear on where you are and what you want.

Then, we uncover the beliefs, patterns, or uncertainty that may be keeping you stuck.

Finally, we turn that clarity into practical action so you can start moving forward.

I also understand major life transitions personally. After a severe car accident left me in a 10-day coma, I had to rebuild many parts of my life from the ground up. That experience taught me that moving forward isn’t always about getting back to who you were. Sometimes it’s about figuring out who you want to become next.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before we start.

What If You Know Something Needs to Change, But You’re Not Sure What?

Maybe you’ve outgrown your current career or lifestyle. Maybe you’re going through a major transition. Or maybe everything looks fine on the outside, but you feel stuck, restless, or disconnected from what really matters to you.

You don’t need to have the answer before you start coaching.

My job is to help you figure it out.

As an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), I use a practical, conversation-based approach to help you gain clarity, understand what’s keeping you stuck, and turn insight into action.

How We’ll Work Together

1. Get Clear

We’ll explore where you are now, what you want, and what matters most to you. We’ll also look at the beliefs, expectations, and patterns that may be getting in the way.

2. Discover What’s Next

Once you have more clarity, we’ll explore what a fulfilling next chapter could look like for you. Not what you think you’re supposed to want, but what actually feels right for you.

3. Take Action

Clarity is only useful when it leads somewhere. We’ll identify practical next steps that move you forward and build momentum between sessions.
