About Daniele
I am an ICF-ACC accredited Life, Business & Executive Coach with 20+ years of professional experience across coaching, leadership, and transformation. Based in Ireland, I work with clients internationally, from emerging professionals to senior executives and aspiring coaches. My background includes coaching individuals and teams in organizations such as Microsoft, PayPal, Mastercard, Accenture, ServiceNow, the UN, and others. I hold multiple coaching diplomas and certifications, including advanced training in personal and business coaching, ADHD and addiction recovery coaching, Lean Six Sigma, Scrum, Agile coaching and team facilitation. My coaching style is supportive, calm, non-judgmental and results-focused. I integrate proven coaching frameworks with creativity, empathy, and reflective practices, creating a safe space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow. I hold a Professional Diploma in Creativity, Innovation & Leadership (NFQ Level 9, UCD). My teaching is creative, personalized and experience based.
