About Goby
I believe many people have been struggling with their own body shape. I have been in the same journey, I have struggled with my diet, my training and wish I had someone to guide me.
That is also the main reason why I decided to become a personal trainer! I want my client to feel supported and their fitness journey is not lonely!

I am an L3 qualified Personal trainer with experiences of hybrid training. I have successfully helped clients in weight loss, muscle gain and 'toning' their body shape.
Experiences with clients:
- Weight loss clients
- Clients with specific fitness goals (e.g. half marathon/ hiking/ ski)
- Clients who want to increase their strength
- Beginners in the gym
- Clients who want to set up sustainable routine
My sessions:
- 1 hour in person session with individualised fitness plan
- Nutritional guide to teach you how to have a healthy but enjoyable diet
- (With friends) Group session 1.5 hour session
- Hybrid training, suitable for individuals who would like to build strength and stamina
£35 (Bundle only) - 5 plus sessions bulk buy for 1 to 1 in person sessions
£38 - single session purchase
£64 - single group session (1.5 hr) - 5 people maximum
£60 (Bundle only) - group session (1.5 hr) - 5 people maximum
Online Coaching
£200 per month including:
- weekly workout plan
- nutritional guide
- one online check in call (45 minutes to 1 hour)
- video guide for exercises
