I'm an athlete with a unique journey and a passion for transforming lives. As a project and operations engineer turned MBA, I bring an analytical approach to fitness training, ensuring every programme is tailored to maximise your potential. I have first hand experience in how fitness can significantly enhance quality of living and mental health. My passion for fitness stems from my own transformative journey and a mission to help others achieve the same remarkable results centred on making fitness enjoyable, even for those just starting. Through my personalised training plans designed to accommodate your individual needs, including medical history and mental health considerations. I believe fitness is a journey requiring both resilience and adaptability. I will ensure that your journey is both rewarding and sustainable in the long-run.

I will provide you a training plan specifically tailored to your needs and also 10 important points to keep in mind to jump start your fitness journey (no matter what your body fat percentage is). These key points will increase your potential to a level where you truly belong. These sessions are usually 45-50 minutes. I'm happy to hear any cases medical history before we start planning your training programme. I also support mental health as I take it rather seriously. By the end of the year, I can guarantee that you will enjoy training more due to the accumulated results. I have closely analysed how the human body adapts to different kinds of diets in the adult age group and psychological behaviour in training as well.
