About Michael
Being a personal trainer is a passion of mine because it runs in my family. My father was a personal trainer and I grew up seeing how he helped people, I would like to do the same. I have two degrees in Human Kinetics and Ergonomics (from Rhodes University) and a Personal Training Diploma from the Loots Academy. I am extremely friendly and understanding with all of my clients, I aim to not only to strengthen your body but also the working relationship we share.

I use a holistic approach to health and fitness. Each one of my clients are unique which requires a unique program to suit their needs and wants. I am able to teach clients from the most basic level to the most advanced level. A typical lesson will last between 40mins to 1 hour, I also help my students understand that their bodies are an amazing tool that you can sharpen through exercise and the right diet. My first language is English so that is my preferred language to teach in. I can train people anywhere in the world via skype or zoom and I make myself available for all my clients. It is imperative that my clients receive the support they deserve.
