About Christine
I've always been a huge language nerd – I just love everything about how we communicate! Getting my HSK6 in Mandarin wasn't just about the certificate for me; I genuinely fell in love with the beautiful sounds, the characters, and all the amazing cultural stuff that comes with it. Teaching Mandarin gives me such a buzz, especially when I see that "aha!" moment in my students' eyes when something finally clicks. Everyone learns differently, and I get a kick out of figuring out what works best for each person I teach. I'm not just here to drill vocabulary and grammar rules – I want to help you connect with a whole new world, have real conversations, and hopefully catch the language bug that's been such a big part of my life. Nothing makes me happier than sharing my passion for Mandarin and watching my students grow!
