About Dasha
I am a high-school student currently taking both honors and college courses at a middle college with a 4.41 GPA. I have had experience with tutoring a variety of core subjects from math, english, and science to music and art. I have had all A's and a good background/understanding of subjects such as algebra, geometry, precalculus, and many other math related classes. I have taught around 30-40 students of all ages in both private and group settings. Many of the students I have tutored have done significantly better in their class as well as understood the subject better.

My teaching approach is to first connect with the student. In order to help the student, I need to communicate effectively with the student and assess his/her personal strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles. Once I have a general understanding of the student and what he/she needs, I craft specific lesson plans, activities, and assignments that can cater to the student's unique academic needs and learning preferences.
