Qualified as a Usui Reiki Teacher/Master, Colour Therapy, Master Colour Energy Healing, Angelic Reiki Practitioner, Animal Reiki Practitioner, Meditation Facilitator & Teacher, Colour Therapy Diploma, Indian Head Massage, Facials, Hopi Ear Candling, Shamanic Healing Psychic Development & Faery Realms Reiki. About the lesson

Sessions can be one2one or in groups, I usually run 1 1/2hr to 2hr sessions with discussion, meditation and feedback time.
Sessions can be tailored to meet each clients needs on a one2one basis.

All ages can benefit from Meditation, Mindfulness sessions to bring calm, peace, understanding the mind, increased concentration and creatively.
My students have commented on being part of a relaxed community where they felt safe to relax and let go.
