About Bree
I’m a clinical nutritionist who works differently from mainstream nutrition. I focus on bolstering your knowledge so you can use your own intuition to cultivate joy, balance, and harmony of body and mind.
I explore the body at both the practical and cellular level — energy, mitochondria, lipids, redox — guiding a deeper understanding of how your body functions. I work with health enthusiasts, beginners, and students, helping them connect with their own inner wisdom and approach nutrition in a way that feels empowering, insightful, and sustainable.

I’m a Bachelor-qualified Holistic Nutritionist helping beginners and health enthusiasts restore balance and take control of their wellbeing. My approach goes beyond symptoms — I teach you the foundations of nutrition and wellness so you can advocate for your own health.
Through an initial 60–90 min consultation (in-person or online) and ongoing support, I cover circadian & hormonal health, meal planning, supermarket swaps, blood sugar regulation, and managing chronic conditions, all while boosting energy, sleep, and connection to self. My lessons are practical, empowering, and tailored to your goals — giving you knowledge you can use for life.
