About Rajat
My teaching approach focuses on building strong fundamentals and making concepts intuitive rather than relying on rote learning. I adapt my teaching style based on each student’s needs and learning pace.
I emphasize clarity in mathematics and science by breaking down complex problems into simple steps and using real-life examples where possible. I also encourage students to ask questions freely and develop confidence in problem-solving. My goal is not only to help students improve academically but also to develop a genuine interest in the subject.

I have been teaching since my university days at IIT Bombay. During that time, I provided free tutoring to underprivileged children of construction workers on campus, helping them with basic education and academic support.
In addition, I offered paid tuition in mathematics and science to school students living near the campus. This early experience helped me develop strong teaching skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly to students from different backgrounds.
During my time at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, I worked as a Teaching Assistant for first-year MBA students, where I supported them with coursework, clarified concepts, and assisted in their academic learning.
Alongside my studies and internships, I also conducted online tuition classes through multiple platforms. I regularly helped students with assignments, solved their doubts, and guided them through challenging topics. I also supported my peers by explaining concepts and assisting them academically.
Over the years, I have consistently been involved in teaching—both offline and online—working with students across different levels and building a strong ability to adapt my teaching style to individual needs.
