As a Senior Occupational Therapist with a decade of teaching experience, I provide tailored, supportive lessons to build your confidence, refine your skills, and enhance your practice. Whether you need help with assignments or professional growth, I ensure practical, engaging, and high-quality learning. About the lesson

We work together to maximize your strengths; develop areas of practice you need support in; and you can bring your assignments to classes to work through, so you understand the material and grow your confidence to become a better-equipped professional in the future. Lesson durations depend on your needs. Some people prefer shorter lessons to work with their attention or sensory needs; others prefer more detail and are information seekers. Durations are usually between 30 minutes to an hour. I have been working as an OT for over 12 years now and have taught people for the last 10 years. Mental health is my specialty area of practice. The lessons are suitable for undergraduate students and early-career mental health and/or wellbeing professionals.
