About Lea Jean
Good day. My name is Lea Jean K. Sugado, and I am an English teacher with experience teaching young learners. I enjoy helping students improve their vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and speaking skills.
My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and interactive. I use pictures, games, repetition, questions, and real-life examples to make lessons interesting and easy to understand. I also adjust my teaching approach according to each student’s level and needs.
I am comfortable teaching online and using digital classroom tools. I always prepare my lessons carefully, check students’ understanding, and give positive feedback. I became a teacher because I enjoy helping children gain confidence and make progress in English. I would be happy to bring my skills and enthusiasm to your team.

My lessons usually have three parts: presentation, practice, and production. I first introduce the topic and explain the objective. Then, I model the language and let students practice with my guidance. Finally, they use what they learned in a speaking, writing, or game-based activity. I check their understanding throughout the lesson and adjust my teaching when necessary.
