Dr Deeksha is an excellent tutor for the yoga classes. She is very calm and patient and makes the student do various kinds of exercises that will have warm up exercises to improve the body flexibility as well as the breathing exercises, asanas, pranayams to improve the breath intake and the concentration. She also takes into account the requirements, health aspects of the student undergoing the yoga practice and tailors the exercises accordingly. Highly recommended yoga tutor!
