About Lisa
I have 1000's of happy clients, patients, class attendees, customers, from the various businesses I have set up or been involved in.
I am always punctual, professional, enthusiastic and genuinely want to see the people I work with improve whatever it is they are working on.
In terms of qualifications, I am educated to Degree level with BA(hons) in Accountancy and Finance.
I have Level 3 Personal Trainer, Group Exercise, Nutrition and Weight Management.

I have worked mainly for myself for the last 20years, but did have employment in a hospital for 4 years on a government funded research project into the use of alternative therapies and digestive disorders.

In my courses I will teach you how to take control of your health, fitness and even help you with other aspects of your daily life, enabling you to be the happiest version of yourself.
I have worked in the health and fitness industry for many years, initially as a fitness trainer, later teaching Pilates and Yoga too. I soon realised that just working on the physical body is not enough. We have to work on changing our thoughts, patterns and behaviours too.
I trained to become a Clinical Hypnotherapist and this was a life changer for me and my clients.i also worked for 4 years in a UK hospital working with patients who had chronic digestive disorders. Through a change in diet and meditation and hypnotherapy techniques, we were able to reduce the symptoms by 80% in most patients, and this was after medication had failed them!
The mind is very powerful, our beliefs are very powerful and we can use this to our advantage.
