About Mark
I attended UC Berkeley, where I was involved with (but did not play for) the collegiate team, I coached year round swimming from ages 5 to college. Under my coaching, we had several kids make it to Junior Nationals and achieve collegiate scholarships.
I have taught hundreds of swimmers in my time.

I am a Southern California native, where water and aqatis sports are a integral part of the lifestyle. I began competing in Swimming and Water Polo at the age of 13.
I look for and focus on a swimmer's strengths and tailor my coaching to the individual.
As an instructor I am firm and demanding, but, also look at my swimmers holistically and strive to bring out the best in them in all aspects of their lives.
