About Francesca
Hi! As someone with EDS, hypermobility, POTS, AuDHD and various other health gifts, I know how much a difference moving your body and being strong makes. In both brain and body. I'll be here to support you in your fitness journey, whether it's just beginning or you're a long time gym goer. Having a giggle and a chat during breaks is pretty normal in my sessions with clients. I'd much prefer an environment where people feel safe and secure, to let out their energy (whatever that looks like on that day) and feel a whole lot lighter after training - than have to carry that with them. There's not much in the way of injuries, body types or brain types that I've not come across/worked with - Though if there is ever something new then I'll do all the research I can to work out the best way to help. Outside of sessions I'm available to message with any questions you may have, so you always have a point of contact!

Sessions are tailored to your specific wants and needs, adapted to your energy on each particular day (because not every day is a full energy one, let's be honest!) I use a combination of bodyweight, banded and weighted work. You'll also have access to my free YouTube exercise library, if you ever need a reminder of what something should look like. I'll teach you how to exercise with correct form and strengthen your body, which is the key to moving without pain and feeling confident within yourself - Whilst having fun! Session options: In person locally - In your home, outdoors or in my little studio Remote - Video sessions, that you can do anywhere! Session lengths: 45min or 60min If you simply need a plan to follow, I've got you covered. Any ages/abilities welcome
