My teaching philosophy is that a classroom should be a caring and safe environment where students can blossom and grow. As a teacher, I believe my job is to facilitate that process and help my students to learn by doing, exploring, and solving problems. My students will be asked to take educational risks and to never be afraid of having the wrong answer or making a mistake. To me, mistakes are valuable and only help us grow.
