About Matigan
I am a senior at a small local high school. Other than just school I play soccer, and I’m involved with many clubs at my school. I am currently completing AP calc, and hope to go to college next year to major in elementary education. I didn’t enjoy math in elementary or middle school but I’ve always been pretty good at it. I always found it boring, but now I realize that math can be kinda fun, if it’s taught the right way. A lot of times the way teachers teach is based on the book, but that’s not always the way that computes best in a child’s mind. I want to change that!

I want learning to be fun! Math can be kinda boring but I want to make it interesting and not so hard to learn. I will help your kids learn the topics the way that works best for them. I would prefer tutoring elementary school students but would also be willing to do middle school in some cases.
