About Frederick
I’m Freddie, a Surrey-based personal trainer and performance coach specialising in helping busy professionals achieve sustainable, life-changing results.
Over the years I’ve worked with entrepreneurs, executives, business owners, professional athletes and even Royalty; who understand the value of expert guidance and accountability.
My coaching philosophy is simple: fitness should enhance your life, not take it over. I focus on creating personalised strategies that fit around demanding careers, family commitments and busy schedules, helping clients build strength, improve body composition, increase energy and perform at their best both inside and outside the gym.
My goal isn’t simply to help you look better—it’s to help you become healthier, stronger, more confident and more capable for years to come.
