My teaching approach blends art therapy with practical techniques, helping you express, relax, and create without pressure. I focus on Mandala Art and Oil Pastels, guiding you step by step while encouraging your personal style and creativity.
Each session begins with a short calming exercise, followed by technique demonstration and guided practice. You’ll learn patterns, color blending, and composition in a simple, enjoyable way—even as a beginner.
What sets my classes apart is the focus on mindfulness and emotional well-being. This is a safe, non-judgmental space where art becomes a tool for relaxation and self-expression, not perfection.
Classes are open to students and adults of all levels, especially those looking to de-stress, explore creativity, or experience the therapeutic side of art.
