In my classes, I focus on creating an engaging and interactive learning environment. My approach is centered around the following techniques:

Personalization: I tailor each lesson to meet the individual needs and learning styles of my students. This ensures that each student can grasp the concepts at their own pace.

Hands-On Learning: I believe in a practical approach where students are encouraged to apply what they learn through exercises, projects, and real-life scenarios. This helps solidify their understanding and boosts confidence.

Interactive Sessions: I use a mix of discussions, Q&A sessions, and collaborative activities to keep the classes dynamic and engaging. This encourages active participation and critical thinking.

Feedback and Support: I provide regular feedback and support to help students track their progress and address any challenges they may face.

Each lesson typically lasts around 60 to 90 minutes. This duration is optimal for maintaining focus and ensuring that students have ample time to absorb the material and ask questions.

I started knowing nothing but loved to cook. I watched, learned, asked questions from every kitchen I worked in. I helped start a catering company which grew into a massive business then I started my own cafes cooking and teaching and nurturing fellow chefs to become the best they could be.

My lessons are designed for people who have always had someone else cook for them but now are forced to figure it out themselves but don't know where to start.

Age Group: My classes are suitable for students of all ages, from young learners to adults, as I adapt my teaching style to suit the audience.
