About Alex
I’m Alex, with a background in teaching and the arts. Over the years, I have walked alongside people helping them rebuild, redefine, and reconnect with themselves. My own story began with learning how to find my voice. As a queer person and an artist starting over in a new country, I had to unlearn the idea of who I thought I had to be. It wasn’t easy. There were years of silence, of trying to fit in, of losing touch with my own truth. What changed everything was learning that vulnerability is not something to hide from; it’s where real connection and growth begin. Before becoming a coach, I studied Fine Arts at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece, earning an Integrated Master in Visual and Applied Arts. Art was my first language. It has taught me to notice the complexity of the world, to make sense of experiences, and to find meaning where it might not be obvious. It shapes how I see people, challenges, and life itself and that way of seeing informs everything I do as a coach. Coaching became the natural continuation of that work, another way to help people see clearly and transform what they find. My style is intuitive and reflective, but also structured. I believe insight is only valuable when it turns into action.

I work with people who are ready to stop repeating the same patterns and finally move forward. When life has changed and you are not sure who you are anymore, coaching gives you a grounded space to reconnect with yourself and take clear steps towards what comes next. Many of my clients come to me when life feels like it has cracked open after a breakup, a shift in confidence, or a chapter that no longer fits. Together we rebuild from the inside out. We explore what is holding you back, make sense of what feels confusing, and turn it into clarity and direction you can trust. In our sessions, you will develop stronger confidence and emotional balance, set boundaries that protect your wellbeing, and deepen your sense of self-worth. You will learn to choose relationships that support you, understand what you want from the life you are building, and move towards it with intention. My coaching gives you real support, not just conversation. We set clear goals together after your initial consultation and build a personalised plan that fits your life. Each session gives you practical steps you can apply right away, and between sessions I offer follow-up email check-ins, reflection prompts, and tailored resources to maintain your progress. You will have guidance, accountability, and tools designed to help you move forward confidently and independently.

I did four sessions with Alex because therapy wasn't working for me anymore and I needed to find diretion to achieve real change.
