About Michelle
Coaching is a reflective, interactive process designed to grow an individual or team’s awareness of practice, procedural thinking, goal setting abilities and follow through. It is designed to help people find solutions to the complexities of life. Coaching allows for deep thoughtful discussions around professional real-world existence as well as the intersection of career and personal growth.
I have coached many into honing their craft, moving beyond their comfort zone, and developing critical interpersonal and intrapersonal skills to increase success.
