About Adita
As a psychology student, I believe my teaching approach is different because I focus not only on what a student has to learn but also on how that particular student learns. I try to understand their strengths, difficulties, attention span and learning style and then adapt my teaching accordingly. I prefer explaining concepts through real life examples, discussions and interactive activities instead of only focusing on memorization. Since online classes can sometimes become boring, I make sure students participate through questions, quizzes and regular interaction. I also want my students to feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes because I believe confidence plays an important role in learning. My goal is to make online learning simple, interactive and psychologically comfortable for every student.

I understand that every student learns differently. I try to identify whether a student learns better through examples, visuals, discussion or practice.
I observe where a student is struggling and adjust my teaching style accordingly rather than using the same method for everyone.
I use questions, short activities, discussions, quizzes and practical examples to keep students involved instead of making the class one-sided. I encourage students to ask questions without feeling embarrassed. My aim is not only better marks but also making students more confident learners.
