About Nelia
My name is Nelia, I am 54 years old with a lifelong passion for movement and wellness. I am a certified yoga instructor and have taught Pound cardio classes, helping people build strength, energy, and confidence. I also hold a black belt in martial arts, which has given me strong discipline, balance, and body awareness.
Now, I am practicing Tai Chi to deepen my understanding of gentle, flowing movement and its powerful benefits — especially for improving blood circulation, balance, and overall vitality.
I believe that at any age, movement is medicine. My goal is to help seniors stay active, improve circulation, build strength safely, and feel confident in their bodies.
