Whether you’re just starting out or looking to improve your habits, I tailor each lesson to your goals and lifestyle.
I have a strong interest in nutrition and special diets, and I enjoy helping students navigate things like gluten-free, dairy-free, and other dietary needs without sacrificing flavor or creativity. Cooking should feel achievable and flexible, not restrictive.
