About Saisri
I'm an engineer and I worked in IT industry for over 4 years where I learnt that health should be given utmost importance because once we lose it we have to pay a very big price. Lately I've realized and done so much research on what to eat, how to change our habits, how to reduce stress and anger issues and keep our mind peaceful. So I feel that I'm good enough to share my knowledge with more people and make them healthy.

Saisri is a brilliant coach. She knows just the right way to reach upto others expectations and is very concerned about others health as much as she cares for herself. She’s a real good friend of mine and she always has my back at all times....
