About Tony
As a player, coach, and teacher, I have the skills to handle different situations and adapt how to utilize different environments to assist my clients. I see every individual who I work with has different abilities that can work within the realm of a sport. The biggest thing that I ask is that you, as a person who wants to improve, push yourself through the process. It will be hard work, but I am here to help you through those difficult times.

As a Health/PE teacher, coach, and former athlete, I have the skills to enhance your ability to become better at your sport. I coach many athletes from youth sports to collegiate players in lacrosse. I train athletes who are looking for overall skill improvements to specified skills to enhance their game play. Clients of mine have become better, faster, stronger and more equipped to handle the next level of their sport.
