To enhance and be flexible to the client and know them that what they are eating is that right or wrong.

Knowledge of selecting which food is best for their body and perfect healthy for their best lifestyle.

About the lesson

my teaching methodology is to motivate people by counseling, providing them a proper diet plans ,help them in what is right and perfect.

I will not be something boring or one side communication. Rather one on one convo is must And it should be an interactive session.

I should be able to solve people's queries.
I would Show kindness, love, care, attention towards them.

My goal is to make up sessions more interesting and clear at the end of my session.
