I'm Jueun, a passionate and friendly fitness enthusiast from South Korea. I’ve taught beginner-level students as a university running club leader, and I love helping others build confidence through movement. While I may not have years of experience, I’m dedicated, patient, and always focused on creating a positive and encouraging learning environment. I believe that everyone can improve with the right support and guidance. I’m here to help you take the first step toward a healthier, more active lifestyle—at your own pace and without pressure.

I specialize in helping beginners feel confident and comfortable as they start their fitness, swimming, or running journey. My lessons are friendly, supportive, and tailored for those who are just getting started. As a passionate sports enthusiast and former running club leader at Myongji University, I understand how important it is to build good habits and enjoy the process. Each session lasts around 45 to 60 minutes and focuses on basic techniques, safe training, and steady progress.
In the first free lesson, I’ll assess your current skill level and create a personalized training plan that fits your goals and abilities. For running students, I can also provide structured weekly plans that may include jogging, long-distance runs, and interval training—balanced across the week to maximize progress while preventing burnout. My goal is to create a relaxed and encouraging environment where beginners can learn at their own pace and stay motivated.
