About Ioana
Hi,
I'm Ioana, I'm currently based in Paris. I am passionate about training and experimenting with different practices from across the globe, which is what drove me to train with many schools. Throughout the years I acquired a vast knowledge and understanding of what different drama schools are looking for, which is what drove me to help students.

My practice in inspired by workshops that I completed with Fonact, Guildhall, Lamda and a few other schools from Europe and Russia, as well as The Actors Studio.
A passion and curiosity for movement is what drove me to do a workshop in biomechanics led by the National Academy of Rome. With Peeping Tom, I did their workshop on the theatrical body, a crossover between dancers and actors to dive into methods from movement and acting. With LAMDA I did an intensive course specialized in Shakespeare and with The Actors Studio I did a masterclass in Script Analysis.
At Fonact, I did my BA Acting along with their intensive programmes for last three years.
Here, I've worked with a variety of practices such as Laban, Feldenkaris, Meyerhold, contact improvisation, mask, Michael Chekov for movement and for voice I worked on practices inspired by Cicely Berry, Linklater and Patsy Rodenburg.
