About Thomas

I hold a bachelor's degree in Russian-French-Spanish translation obtained at ISTI (Higher Institute of Translators and Interpreters of Brussels) and a master's degree in Environmental Management obtained at U.L.B (Free University of Brussels). I have taught French in Russia for 6 months and Russian to several French-speaking students during the past few years. I also helped students pass their Russian exams at university. I have a real passion for this language and it is a real pleasure for me to transmit it.

About the lesson

Russian is not my mother tongue, it took me years to fully understand all the complexities of this language and I can therefore explain precisely how it works.
For beginners I usually divide the lesson in two. I first deal with grammar topics which are vital for mastering the language but which cause often problems. I secondly focus on speaking and familiarizing with the language. Of course, I adapt the course according to the age of the student. For advanced students, I adapt my course according to their objectives. I usually give homework which allow the student to assimilate the lesson
