Fitness is not just physically but there should be mental health also required than only anyone can focus in office or in social network. I can teach u exercises for muscles strengthening which include pilates(mat exercises), kick boxing, Aquatic physiotherapy etc with holistic approach and ergonomic advice which can help u to rehabilitate urself in all way.

I can treat any age group woman whether she is a housewife or working lady or in menopause (core exercises with hormonal balance exercises) or in early puberty (cramps during period) or during as well as after pregnancy. My aim is to rehabilitate women physically, emotionally, and socially. I am a Pilates trainer (mat exercise), aqua aerobics trainer (very good for inch loss in weight reduction), clinical physiotherapist (19 years of experience). I really want every girl or woman to enjoy each stage of life, either in periods or in geriatric (urinary incontinence) with lots of positive attitude and my way of physiotherapy treatment.
