About Sarita
I am naturally talented in Mathematics. Unlike most, I completed Masters in Physics from India where we were grilled into the fundamental concepts.
I then completed a degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology from Medical College of Wisconsin where knowledge of Physics and Mathematics were at the heart. I was awarded the Malinckrodt award for the best performing student.
I taught Mathematics at Menomonee Falls High School and later at Mathnasium. I currently tutor several kids in a private 1-1 session. I am proud to say that EVERY STUDENT of mine has significantly advanced in their Maths skills.
Teaching is close to my heart and gives me immense satisfaction when students excel. Commercial aspect is less significant. I am happy to teach kids who have a passion to learn.

My teaching style is more like "mentoring". I challenge the students to recall the fundamentals, lead them through conversation, and finally help them solve.
In short, my sessions are more about the thinking process, getting a feel for the ask, and applying skills in more than one way to solve problems.
That said, I also support the students with "exactly what is needed" when they have a test next day :-)
