I am always punctual and I lead by example I dress respectfully which makes me feel more effective in my role as educator and motivator. I have been positive and never complain or blame no one for the failure of students but rather endure and persistent in ensuring that students concerned achieve success at the end of the day. I often smile and I promote compliments in order to ensure boldness and success among the students. I open the door for assistance and questions in respect of topics being taught to students.

I Introduce and subsequently teach mathematics topics to senior secondary school students for the day.I help the students make sense of concepts and provide them with connections to the previous day's taught topic. While teaching, I use several strategies for understanding and exploring a concept. I encourage students to apply high-level skills when given problems and focus on the thought process involved in the solution being able to reason through the steps and find the right answer.
I also and always begin a new lesson with a reminder of the last. I periodically use assessments to determine students’ understanding of the topics that they are being taught.
