Am Surprise Macevele from Soweto Diepkloof Johannesburg I learn how to bake different types of things as well as cooking. Where I learn how to create most of the cooking and baking extras.like creating sources, cream, pastry and dough and fondant.

About the lesson

I teach how to cook different kind of traditional food, African food mostly.
Most of the banking we start from scratch like scones, muffins and cakes.We bake different types of flaurs and learn how to decorate with fondant and cream and how to create them.
