When and why did you develop an interest in your chosen field?
Having had a diverse background in dentistry, medical science, and research, I started as a Graduate Assistant at my university. With a plethora of knowledgeable skills from different backgrounds and a strong zeal to support and help students understand complicated concepts in an easy manner, I started tutoring students full-time to achieve their dreams to get into their dream universities. I encourage and support a research-led and scholarly approach to students learning.
What makes you passionate about your subject?
I have a proven track record of helping and tutoring international students including master's, MCAT aspirants, TOEFL students, and high schoolers. When I see my students achieve their targets and academic goals, it drives me to and encourages me to help more and more students achieve their life goals. Apart from that, being a distinction holder and a university gold medalist in my field of study i.e., dentistry, I developed an interest in research which was followed by tutoring.
What do you like about tutoring? What makes you a 'Superprof'?
Apart from being a rewarding experience for me as a tutor, I like to engage with students and foster a positive learning environment to aid in the student's development and expand their learning efficiency. I am a dedicated and devoted tutor with over 10 years of experience. The individual that has inspired me the most is Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, a well-renowned scientist, researcher, and teacher. I have always been inspired by his vision and his passion for teaching. When I pursued extensive research in my field of study, I was felicitated with the Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Fellowship award. I was absolutely honored to receive it from the AcSIR- President of India. This encouraged me to delve deeper into research as well as teaching.
What are your keys to success?
The highest criterion of success for me is to engage and communicate with students from multi-lingual backgrounds effectively and have an ability to teach the most complicated concepts in an easily understandable manner. Having achieved high scores in competitive language testing systems like TOEFL and IELTS, I believe strong communication skills and an ability to simplify complex concepts are the keys to success.

I have also been extensively teaching Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Chemistry, Organic Chemistry to students to help with simplifying the concepts so that you can have a grasp on it.
