About Sonia
I am Acroyoga, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher. I am a practitioner of Buddhist meditation and Advaita Vedanta: I travel every year to India to deepen in my own practice and to seek for the true meaning of Ancient Yoga. I am a Bach flower therapist and I organize kirtans and mantra chanting groups in Barcelona so that people discover the power of Sanskrit vibrations. I am a graduate in social education

My teaching method is adapted to the needs of the student. In group I give multilevel classes and at a particular level I develop a deep communication with the student to understand their goals. In my classes I always introduce a philosophical subject before moving on to the sequences of asanas (postures) so that Yoga can be carried out of the mat
