My name is Fatima Ahmed, I am 24 years old and I am a gym enthusiast- I have my colours in gymnastics I provide assurance in the medical field as well as I have a degree in clinical psychology.
My passion is fitness and I would love to share my passion with others!

Personal training sessions can happen at the clients home, or at the virgin active gym if the client has a membership.
Each client will first receive a free evaluation to discuss any medical assistance and goals they would like to reach.
Thereafter sessions will be booked accordingly.
